Greeting ghouls and ghosts! Our names are Jason and Kali, and we are the horror couple of your dreams- or nightmares! Jason has been a film nut for over 30 years, and Kali has a hyper-fixation with horror and slashers. Together we spend most of our waking life watching films and obsessing over them. We record movie reviews and discussions weekly, and love watching and talking about both lesser known and popular films in the horror genre. Occasionally we also review comic books, video games, television series, and novels. Additionally, we also enjoy making short horror videos. This was awesome! I loved hearing your thoughts on all of these films. I would also love to see a Dario Argento video in the future as I've been curious about checking a lot of his films out. He seems almost hit or miss for me.

I forgot all about The Fog remake until you showed the DVD!😂 I can't remember one seen from the remake, but many scenes, and especially the ending of the original, are forever ingrained in my mind.

Dr Giggles! Lol my friend and I watched that during a sleepover and laughed so hard! I rewatched it recently and it still made me laugh 😊 impressive collection, Jason! I sadly haven’t seen many of these!

Great idea!! Definitely would check out more of these collection shares. I'm down for most any Director. I've seen almost all of these. The only horror one I haven't seen is Ghosts of Mars. Will be checking out precinct and Big Trouble. Just I saw they are both on Tubi.

What a treat this was. Such a beautiful collection. You’re a legend Jason. The Thing is such a comfort film to me, I used to watch it almost everyday even if it was just to fall asleep. I also loved The Thing video game and the prequel film. I am looking forward to watching Pro-Life. Would be great to hear your thoughts on the Fog remake. Loved this video, thank you for sharing.

The Fog did have a Scream Factory Steelbook release, thanks for reminding me to watch my annual viewing this year (I missed “The Fog Day” on April 21st)

Great idea! I'd watch any pretty much any Director you cover. Bava, Argento, Fulci, Takashi Miike, ect. All the classics here in the USA also. Nice to see your collection of Carpenter flix. Never new about "Someone's Watching Me". Will have to check it out. Also been meaning to see "In the Mouth of Madness" and "Village" though that looks a bit odd. Also thanks for pointing out that some people didn't cate for "The Thing" prequel because of the CGI. Wonder had Carpenter directed it, would he have done the same thing.

The Thing is hands down the best movie ever made (in my opinion). John in also my opinion is one of the best directors ever. Just look at his filmography and u'll find a lot of masterpieces.

thanks for sharing your collection. love it. i also own them all. hope to see more of your library. i need that slipcover for The Thing. mine didn’t come with it. best release. i own the steelbook and 4K as well. you should go to the lighthouse that was in The Fog and throw that remake from it! 🤣 after you mentioned the HalloweeN Illustrated book i was reminded to purchase it. DAMN! it’s SO AWESOME!!! def a must for the HalloweeN collector. 🎃🔪

I only own 6 or 7 of his moves physically. Halloween of course, a 4-pack with The Thing, They Live, Prince Of Darkness, and Village Of The Damned. I also have The Thing on Blu-Ray and Escape From New York. I might have Vampires and Ghosts Of Mars on VHS lying around somewhere.

The only Carpenter Blu-ray in my collection is Halloween, didn't really notice until now. Escape From LA is a guilty pleasure, I love it, mostly for the ending, and for being the only movie with a Tool song, but also because I grew up in the area. Sweet steel books and VHS tapes! I had no idea Sydney Sweeney was in The Ward, and it's funny I couldn't find it on IMDB because the Director section of Carpenters page is missing, probably out of embarrassment of being attached to The Ward as Director 😂 Says upcoming writer and composer project is Halloween Comes Around?

Dear Lord I was thrown right back...Dr Giggles...eyes of a stranger...deadly friend!...i loved deadly friend....Carpenter..Craven and Tobe Hooper were everything to my teens...i love Prince of Darkness...The Thing is my top 5 all-time list and I mentioned before The Fog is one of the film's that scares me to this day...oh yeah I loved Elvis...i had a Kurt Russell obsession lol xx Everything has an expiry date...for me I stopped at Vampires x

@@sinistercinemareviews5420 Masters of Horror complete set is still available in Ebay or Amazon used. yah John Carpenter made the best ep. in my opinion in the whole series Cigarette Burns. wow, this is Carpenter back to form. Also if you love Masters of Horror also get Fear Itself, which was supposed to be Masters of horror season 3. but showtime did not show the third season and NBC showed it as Fear Itself
