The difference between a cape and a cloack is in the size. A cloack is a "long cape". Cape : the bottom ends above the knees. Cloack : the bottom ends below the knees. So, what Dr Strange have is a cloack, not a cape!

You should modify the spinning blades to fold and pop out of the arm and assemble over the hand to make it more realistic. When coming out it could have a bright light to shield the mechanics.
