You make this shield more memorable than the movie did, which is great! And sad since it’s been kinda ignored in the movie. I would like to see you guys make a Stormbreaker, but making a wooden handle for such a heavy weapon would be quite the hurdle without an alien tree-nager.

I'm curious about the weight difference if you were to go to a higher tensile steel like ar500 or even some quenched and tempered steel like yea special weld requirements but honestly not that bad could be I'd say you could go down to quarter inch plate and still be quite a bit stronger than 3/8 oil rigs use it quite often on main lugs and similar for not just wear quite a bit for weight

What if you use composite such as carbon fiber Aluminium matrix to make the shield? I think it might reduce the weight of the shield
