@@TheyAlwaysWatching the difference is that Notre Dame always has a competitive team but have such high academic standards. Brian Kelly got to a natty with doctors and engineers. Alabama/Georgia/LSU/Colorado can grab guys that can barely spell engineer.

Gotta be some kicker love at ND. Reggie Ho definitely has to have something at ND. 5’5” 130 lb walk on who had to invent his own way to kick to overcome his size. In 1988 the first game of season aka the “Reggie Ho Game” put him on the map. 4 FGs to beat our most hated rival and the start to an undefeated season and consensus national championship. Cool fact... ND was founded in 1842. The stripes signify that. 9 stripes in each end zone (18 total), all at a 42 degree angle. There's little hidden gems like that all over campus.
