Moses and the story of the Exodus in the Old Testament: Moses was a special person in the Bible. He was born at a time when the Egyptian Pharaoh was afraid of the growing number of Israelites, so he ordered that all Israelite baby boys should be thrown into the river.
Moses' mother wanted to save him, so she placed him in a basket and put it in the river. Miraculously, Pharaoh's daughter found the basket and adopted Moses as her own son.
As Moses grew up, he learned about his true identity and the suffering of his people. He felt a strong connection to the Israelites. One day, he saw an Egyptian mistreating an Israelite, and in anger, he ended up killing the Egyptian.
Moses had to flee from Egypt to avoid being punished. He went to the land of Midian, where he married and had a family. There, God spoke to Moses from a burning bush and told him to return to Egypt to free the Israelites.
With God's guidance and power, Moses led the Israelites out of slavery in Egypt. That is what we call the Exodus right now. He performed miracles, like parting the Red Sea, to help them escape. Moses received the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai and guided the Israelites through their journey in the wilderness.
Moses' story teaches us about courage, leadership, and how God can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things in the Old Testament. He is an important figure in the history of the Jewish and Christian faiths.

Moses (Moshe in Hebrew) means I drew you out of the water💧. Is it not amazing how the Lord brought about deliverance for the Hebrew Slaves, the Israelites through those very waters using Moses (Moshe) and his staff to do so.👏

It's wild to me that no matter how many times God revealed himself to the isrealites, they still didn't believe in him and doubted him. I'm a christian, and I believe without seeing, so if I saw, it would just keep my faith stronger. Why did they go against Moses so much? It wasn't his fault? Did they really believe that the Lord brought them out just so they could suffer more? They even started worshiping false idols out of spite for the Lord that they feared. It's hard for me not to have anger towards them because I just don't understand how they could keep giving up on God after everything he's done for them. The reason it took so long to get to the promised land was because he didn't want people who were slaves to enherit it. He wanted a new and more pure generation to take over the land. They never even tried to understand that. They were selfish babies. Even to this day, they still deny the father and his son. They are still his chosen people, though, so we need to stand and pray with them now more than ever. I'm jealous 😂😂😂

I have had series of self doubt and series of wrong mistakes taken in my life .The book of Exodus has expounded my mind about God and His mercies ,despite Moses committing atrocious sin the Lord choose him to deliver the children of Israel.

Moses was Black and from the Tribe of Levi, Levi was one of Jacob’s 12 sons. I love the Bible it is beautiful history.

Although the Israelites were delivered physically in the natural through the Sea of Reeds | Red Sea 🌊, they still required spiritual deliverance in order to develop their character and faith, trusting the Lord.
