I"m not surprised about Joann Fabric. I ordered a bunch of stuff and it came in a bunch of separate packages, one or two items in a package, one gigantic box of styrofoam cones that I didn't order and had to cost more to ship than they were worth, but never got the glue I ordered. Maybe if they organized their order fulfillment, they'd make better profit. I love the store but when you get online, they have all kinds of wonderful things on sale but very few of them actually in the store so they have to be ordered for shipping. I will be sad if they go away.

They have good revenue. They are really inefficient. They are overly china dependent. We have a couple around here (about 50 miles away) the ladies make a day trip to go. Run properly could be a real money maker. Right now it's a dog dying of fleas......
