It brings you momentary happiness, but when the dust settles and your back to your old ways… what you were before the money is what you’re after the money. And, that’s what I’ve noticed in real life too… you can move from a $3K a month job to a $30K a month job. More money… you can pay off your shit live happier right? Nope… all of a sudden you’re shifting right… you got a bigger home, you got a nicer car… but those aren’t free and it’s cutting deeper into your pocket. Greed doesn’t allow people to just earn more and live a modest lifestyle… status quo won’t allow it.
