One of the prettiest tiny homes I've seen over the years. The attention to detail with the woodwork and the copper sink to the ease of the murphy bed- beauty and function at its best in a tiny home. And how very smart to buy a property big enough to support a large garden and rent space to others of a like mind while cutting expenses. Well done.

Yes! I appreciate that there's no ladders, no crawling around on your knees in a loft... and you can't tell me those tiny lofts with the ceiling a foot from your nose while lying in bed isn't hotter than heck 🥵🌡️

I really like everything about this one. As a senior I cringe when I see those tiny stairs or ladders going up to a sleeping loft. The kitchen seems so big, I love the full size shower and the Murphy bed office, everything is great. The fact that they bought a house and rent it out is the cherry on top, a nice change from we park it at our parents. The traditional decor mixed with quirky accessories is fabulous.

I've been looking at tiny homes for over two years now and I've really liked many of them. But being that I'm older and have mobility issues, this home seems much more efficient for someone like me. And the decor in addition to the floor plan was very appealing! Very, very lovely!

Love this one! It has so much character. The furniture is so cozy and inviting. Plus, the outside of the house looks like a regular house; the way the roof is done makes it visually interesting and less like a long narrow building. One of my faves, for sure! ♥♥♥

Really love what you have done to create your home. The inside is lovely. Love the mix of old and new. Love that you created a mudroom. You seem to have created a fair amount of space for clothing storage, something that seems lacking in many tiny homes. Plus it is uncomplicated, functional as well as attractive. Great job!

Love Sarah and Kevin's gone and food forest- perfect fit for Portland! So many great ideas and touches ❤ Modern Murphy bed are great - and doesn't take much longer to put up than to make a 'regular bed!! I had one in a tiny apartment in Portland in the 70s - usually left it down as i didn't have a couch, and only one guest at a time!

I am so in love with this tiny home! You have thought it out so perfectly! I will be doing my own tiny home within the next 6 months and I will be using a lot of your ideas! I wish that I could get you to visit when I'm ready to create the inside. This is my 1st and only tiny home since I'm 70 so I don't plan on doing another. The color scheme and design features like the gabled ceiling give a really interesting and soothing ambience to to the interior. I am beginning to see how darker colors have their place in these spaces, and the Murphy bed and desk/table is a very smart use of space. Sure beats crawling into a loft. Well done.

This is definitely a favorite! I love everything about it. The plan, the way its decorated and the dark wood, is gorgeous! I wouldn't change a thing. I've never seen a tiny home with the ceiling design like this one. I also love how the door entrance is in the center of the home. It makes a beautiful entrance. 😊

I really, really, really, love this house. Between the layout, the design choices, & the craftsmanship they built every facet of it with individuality & style. From tongue to tail to the property they truly brought in everything that was important to each of them separately and together as a couple. This all makes this Tiny a very special and warm home. (And their kitty is adorable.) It is also amazing that they were able to have this property and set it up as a small & affordable, community for everyone. Great job all the way around.

I am in awe of your gorgeous home.... comfy and cozy... the 10 feet wide does make a big difference... your coat closet and bedroom closet are Gorgeous 😍 your shower is amazing.....Your a great couple...it's awesome to pick your own fruits....the angles in your roofline amazing ...Your cat is gorgeous 😍
