«Chicago» is a serviceman of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade named after Yakiv Handziuk. On February 24, he took his first battle. Part of his unit was surrounded by Russians near Oleshky. The soldiers had to wait for tanks to come with their aid. Then the 59th suffered a lot of losses.
«I do not even know what I felt at that moment. The only thing, when Russian aviation flew over me, then I understood that this was not the «Call of duty», and it was impossible to save your life here and recover later», says «Chicago».
