Divide 4 eggs into yolks and whites.
Add a pinch of salt to the egg white.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
Beat well until thick white foam.
Add 150 g sugar to the egg yolk.
Vanilla.
Rub the zest of 1 lemon.
Stir for 2 minutes.
200 g of vegetable oil.
180g corn starch.
Mix well.
250 ml milk at room temperature.
Mix well.
180g flour.
16 g baking powder (1 sachet).
Mix well.
Pour a small portion into the egg white.
Mix gently.
Pour all of the mixture into the beaten egg yolk.
Mix well.
Line a 24 cm baking pan with parchment paper.
Put the dough in a baking dish.
Place in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down well.
Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
The cake has become airy and very tasty.
