That video should be sent to the police! Besides it being illegal to hookup an occupied vehicle, I suspect this is just plain auto theft and attempted kidnapping. That tow truck needs to be impounded and the driver brought up on attempted kidnapping and auto theft charges. The tow truck driver's license should be permanently revoked and he should be banned from having, owning or registering ANY tow truck under his name ever again. He's not even displaying a license plate on his truck! Completely FAKE trucker, by LAW they HAVE TO Display their state license, company name, address and phone number on their vehicle. They also have to be registered with the city police department. This is a car Theif!
