My guess is on the low-end he slips out and momentum goes with scooter and he might break a tail bone or dislocate something, or on the high-end maybe a broken leg and fractured rib or two possible fractured pelvis. It all depends on how(or if) he bails out or just falls like a bag of bricks. But being deadly? Only if he went head first with no way to brace himself.
