Dreams said that he only wants people he knows and is friends with. So unless they talk a bunch I doubt he will join. It was the whole reason Schlatt was originally banned. Obviously they know each other but it always seemed like in a "oh we are both speedrunners" capacity. And dream doesn't speedrun anymore for obvious reasons
