Both the cargo ship company and the bridge construction company need to be investigated. This could be caused by maintenence neglect. Is maintenance up to date for the ship?? Is inspection up to date for the bridge??? I doubt it and some failures will come up, but lives were lost unnecessarily and someone is responsible. My prayers for the workers and their families

The containers do not have much to do with this. It's like the windshield. Take care of the breached cargo after the fact. Oh my God,,,, the containers jumped off the ship and caused the crash.
