Better Version: Cook the Steak as ONE PIECE (and NOT chopped up into Stew Meat) and then cut it afterwards… then you can get Medium Rare with a nice crust rather than a bunch of tough overdone bits and pieces… I thought this was common knowledge (order a steak sandwich from a Steakhouse) but apparently not 🤔🤔🤔
