I suddenly became very calm while listening to this. Beforehand I was navigating anxiety about a friend of mine who misread a message I sent her in a group chat which generated a sense of unease and anxiety. I expressed what my words meant but continued to feel anxious. I found my way here and I’m so glad I did. I trust that the truth will be honored and heard and that a resolution will be found with open communication. What is important is that I listen to her feelings and mine as well. I love this music calms my panic & anxieties

Hello, I listened to this for this first time a few nights ago and I had some unsettling symptoms. I wasn't sure if they could be connected or not? I listened before heading to bed and it was so relaxing, but the next morning I woke up with a feeling I've never really felt before. I was deeply sad, and felt like I couldn't find my voice. I felt physically quiet, I couldn't muster volume. It felt as if something was wrong but I had no idea what. I didn't want to talk to anyone, or speak whatsoever. I was just incredibly sad. I couldn't shake this feeling for the entire day and night. Has anyone experienced anything like this? I don't know much about chakras, I am just beginning to learn. Thank you for any insight you can give.

I listen to meditation music with the headphones for almost a year now but lately my cat wakes me up between 3 to 5 AM asking for can food and it’s really strange because I wake up and my headphones are both off my ears for 3 days now and it’s never really happens before. Anyway I go back to sleep after I feed him and get to listen different medication music from different channel.

Wow! Just Wow! Getting over the common cold and cough is usually a miserable couple of days for me but this track literally took my sore throat pain from a 5-6 to zero in an matter of 5 minutes or less. Question to anyone else here for looking for healing, right before i realized my throat was healed, I had a weird visualization appear in my left eye while laying in bed in my dark bedroom a floating white circle was trying to get my attention. Could this be a sign or healing gift from an angel or one of my deceased relatives? Any help Is appreciated!
