I recently learned the pillow between the knees feels so much better because it actively helps keep your hips in alignment by preventing your legs from causing any strain on them. Like if you’re laying on your left, your right leg’s weight is applying pressure to your hip, and vice versa for laying on your right. The pillow keeps your “upper” leg parallel and elevated just enough to remove that problem. Something the chiropractor taught me and it’s definitely helped!

For the sequin dress one; I’m Indian and the dresses and outfits I wear to the temple and events are COVERED in gems and pointy shiny stuff, and it HURTS to get in/out of them. And they are made in such a way that makes it HURT to get in and out because the head hole is always too small or too close to the arm holes that it hurts to get ur arm in without bending ur neck back like an owl lol

The Loofah is MAGICAL. My nana gave me one because I was too lazy to buy one and it makes bubbles all over your body and you don’t have to use as much body wash (such a life saver). And it’s also very soft and scratchy at the same time.

I'm 5'3" and the struggle is real. My favourite tool for getting things that are out of my reach is a long wooden sword - you know the wooden play swords you can buy in castle gift shops. I can nudge boxes off shelves, loop bag handles onto it, or wrap a duster cloth on the end to clean. Super useful.

As an older fella, I understand most of these. I've had long hair, so I get the rubber band thing. Being on the short side I've had to ask tall folks for help reaching stuff, so I definitely get that (though, I don't look nearly as cute when I ask for help). As for phone stuff, the missus has my lock code and I often ask her to do my texting if I'm doing something like cooking or driving. She's always got my back.
