I can sorta explain salty foods- When you eat a lot of salt, it can draw water out of your bloodstream (due to diffusion/biology stuff), so having some water will help keep that from happening. There's a balance to how much solutes you should intake that changes with exercise, that's why you get drinks with salt. It's all about keeping the right amount of fluid in your bloodstream

Im not a parent but I've got a 4 year old sister and I raised her most her life, id say what they watch really does affect them and their behaviour. So I do agree with Andrea and I do think that that show is influencing him not to talk and mumble more, he is also in his 2s so just be patient with him tho but that's definitely something affecting him and yes all kids are different so just don't stress and try different methods with him, he will be okay, just be calm and know he is I'm God's hands❤

When I moved in with my grandparents, they told me to wash the sheets once a week and wash blankets every other week. I was shocked, my moms only wash blankets, like, once a year or something, when one of the dogs pukes on it or some other pet mess that can't be easily cleaned. Acme we only wash sheets about once a month or so. I realized after the first week that they live in a much more rustic house, with lots of unfinished wood on the walls, and it's even on the ceiling in the room I share with my aunt. And because they're always doing construction themselves, the wood is always shedding dust. And as for the sheets, which should be protected by the blanket, me and my aunt's room has terrible circulation, so I sweat a lot more.
