I know damn well that ain't made conch salad like that with lettuce😕 I'm from the bahamas so conch salad is not suppose to have lettuce in it. Here is how you make it. 1. Cut up the conch into medium sizes 2. Get your tomato,onion,celery cut them up. 3. Add everything together you mix the conch and your onion,tomato,celery together and add lime juice you can add mayo if you want. 4. Most important add hot pepper like ghost pepper etc . There you have it

A man on the boat in the Bahamas introduced me to fresh Conch. So delicious and I would have never let anybody prepare it for me like that in the states. He had his water bottles, tools and ingredients LOL
