You don't know if your child has been kidnapped then you see someone with your child I would grab my child too. Any mother would be worried if there child was gone when looking away for just a second.

In the video yeah you saw your child but you shouldn't have took him/her unless she was looking for the child because taking someone's child will make it harder to find the child. It's best to stay where you are that will make it easier for the parent. And it also kind of looked like they took in the kid as their own which is weird. I probably wouldn't have called the police but I would ask her what she was doing and told her that was my child and give some proof the child is mine.
