I would never resort to eating my own flesh. I'd just eat the local vegetation and maybe the local insect population, maybe even eat insects (and other arthropods) that I currently find a little bit creepy. If there's nothing there, I'd just not eat, maybe I'd starve to death before rescue workers arrived, but maybe I wouldn't.

Why would someone eat themselves. I know if it's for survival maybe like if you're starving starving but right away! is just crazy you know you could just eat fruits, berries even leaves and for one you got salt water that you can wash off with and it's not a 10 out of 10 but it's just for your survival.
