😢I consider myself extremely lucky to have seen her perform live in 1990. It was my first gig and I still remember her incredible energy and explosive performance. I grew up listening to her music..my dad introduced her to us..I introduced Tina to my kids...Their kids will do the same. She will forever be part of our lives...generations to come.

Feel so honored to have been twice in my life in the 1990s at Tina concerts, one of them open air in Stuttgart football arena. Have never before or later experienced a single person rocking the stage like her and electrifying ten thousands of people from the first to the last minute. RIP, Tina!!!

I’m 40 years old, I discovered Tina through her hit “Simply the Best” (I was living behind the Iron Curtain, don’t boo me). To me, she’s always been timeless, I only realize this now, that she passed. I never knew her age nor think about it once, she was simply ageless, even though I knew she was around for some time already. I’m rewatching some of my favorite videos and performances of hers and I can’t stop but being amazed again and again by this woman, she was 50 when she released The Best, 50! She was 60 when she performed this very show, 60! Wow, what a force of nature this woman has been, it’s difficult in my mind to comprehend she’s gone, it’s like trying to accept there will never be a thunder again… Rest in peace Tina, grateful for your existence, your music, your talent, your energy, your life lessons!

We saw Tina in Oakland, CA on this tour. It was absolutely amazing show, easily in the top 5 concerts I have ever seen. Her respect of her fans and audience by delivering such an amazing performance is what set her part. What a woman!!!

This is what’s missing for me in music today. Passion, dedication to the craft coupled with incredible vocals, and live (real) instruments. There are too many “artists” with nothing to say and are driven by adoration with followers than putting out good music that will stand the test of time.

Those girls are working like crazy to try and keep up with someone at least twice their age. Love me some Tina. 😍

To think that she was 60 when she did this concert!! What in the universe! I truly think that God gave her this otherworldly strength during this era to really reclaim the joy and love she had for music and performing after all the years of terrible abuse and fear because this is simply incredible!

This is just amazing. I mean, look at this! What a performance. My mom saw Tina during her Private Dancer tour and to this day, she says it was by far the BEST concert she ever saw. And mom has been to a lot of concerts in her life (she's 73 now) so I think my mama knows damn well what a good concert is lol.

She's a legend precisely because she didn't try to be one

My mom just introduced me to Tina Turner and let me tell you. Beyoncé can throw some good energy around, but Tina Turner can do it better every single time.

She was one of the few on my bucket lists. I got to see her on her last USA tour, and I was probably 20 rows back, on the floor. I never sat, and I was hoarse for two days after. It was the BEST PERFORMANCE EVER.
