Vibration Speed Balance tips begin at 5:15. I rotate my tires in my driveway and provide tips on avoiding speed balance issues (i.e. vibration) when having a tire shop do the rotation for you.
I used two pairs of wheel chocks on the wheels that remained on the ground. Specifically I placed one wheel chock on each side of each wheel that remained on the ground to help ensure that the car could NOT roll off of the jack stands. The emergency brake was also applied to further ensure the car could not roll.
