Great trick, mate. But the next time don't hire Steve Wonder as camera operator.

Enjoyed the video! Always good to see people thinking outside the box and improving things they find.

Excellent sir, made me life a shade easier.......ATB

That was top class, mate, thanks for sharing your variation using the toggle and without using it too :) .
@chaaazgould4828Рік тому
Nice additional options for a good toggle tie option! Thanks!

Man out of all the vids on here for this your is straightforward and simple as hell. Even with the floppy tripod angle I didn’t have to rewind to see what you did.
@Synergist2Рік тому
You got everything across great. Thanks for sharing your insight.

Taut line hitch, best knot for cinch up around rolls etc. Also good for making adjustable guylines.

It's very frustrating for someone like me, an American, to listen to someone speaking the same language as myself, but their accent and their way of expressing themselves is so different, I have a very hard time understanding them. And I'm sure it would be the same for them, listening to my speech.
@cujomojo2007Рік тому
Thanks for the comment, fortunately I don’t have that issue. Having lived in military accommodation for the first fifteen years of my life I was exposed to many accents from around the UK, as well as a good few American accents while living in Germany for seven years. For anyone trying to pinpoint my accent, it’s known as “PADS”, many accents rolled into one.
@jasonb4738Рік тому
You do realize America has more accents by actual Americans than any other country right? Not counting all of the foreigners that live in the US with their own accent. 😂.

Props on using a SAK in the demonstration aswell! Brings it full circle after seeing Felix's video first

Idea- use the hook on Swiss Army knife to pull cord through toggle

Good technique but would help if you didn't mumble

Love wooden toggles and hate plastic ones I have stainless steel spoke waterbottle even a s/s straw we need more reusable and sustainable stuff to replace plastic

Thank you! I thought I was the only one that noticed this flaw, I thought I was doing something wrong.

👍👍👍 .. nice, very nice. Thank you very much.

This what an English tweeker sounds like. Thank you
@cujomojo2007Місяць тому
You will have to upload a video, so we can hear what a non-English tweaker sounds like.
@HyundairobitdogМісяць тому
@@cujomojo2007 it pretty much sounds the same . But without the proper English command of the language.
@stevenc6256Рік тому
nice ideas, but whoever was operating the camera did a sloppy job. a fair part of the time I could not see you managing the cord. I will I could have gotten more out of this.

Seems like everyone in the comments is a video producer.... anyways, great video mate. I found it very useful.
@zensempai737111 місяців тому
Everyone uses 550 till they realize how much more line you can carry at the fraction of the weight - and that it’s perfectly strong for the majority of what we bush craft with ( and cheaper ) 😂
@victoregley5359Рік тому
you obviously know your knots, but back the camera away, speak sloooooowly and distinctly, and slow down your hand movements to make the process easier to follow. still thanks for the insight.
@ahayseed654Рік тому
Would help greatly to speak louder, too. You'll get better, if you're critical in reviewing your own videos. But not so much that it isn't fun. Still, over all, I liked it. Thumbs up for the effort. Don't be discouraged by CRITICS like me.😉
@clintonbourdeaux8174Рік тому
Move your camera BACK more so we can see what U R doing. Your line & hands R moving in & out of the camera view. The first & worst video I witness ever online in all my years. The very first time ever I put thumbs down. And I know about using cameras. I enjoy & love these type of videos.
@clintonbourdeaux8174Рік тому
Clean up your language more, mumbling - jumbling sluring your words & statements. Speak to quickly. Hard to understand you.
@shouldhavenotshouldof2031Рік тому
Teaching clearly isn’t your strong suit. I’m sure you wife loves filming these for you though.
@cujomojo2007Рік тому
Thanks for the comment, I’ll pass it on to my 14 year old Autistic son, who kindly held the camera so I could use both hands to tie the knots.
@matsvineyard7564Рік тому
what a badly made vid.
@squidders8656Рік тому
Just use the Canadian jam knot!
@cujomojo2007Рік тому
aka the Arbour knot. Could do and probably would, but this was a response to a lot of “Toggle Trick” videos.
