Agreed, Tom Jones' voice is remarkable and I have never heard anyone else that can belt out a song like he can. Sometimes when I have tried to sing along with a Tom Jones song I'm okay until about a third through and then he takes it to another level and just leaves me in his dust. 😂

I'm 61 and I remember his TV show. I also remember my Dad fooling around by pretending to be Tom Jones dancing and lipsyncing to his songs. I don't have alot of childhood memories left, but I hope I never forget that. Priceless.

30 years old here and saw Tom live yesterday in Abu Dhabi. What an amazing voice! I remember dancing in the kitchen with my mom listing to Tom Jones. I wasn't old enough to see him on TV or watch his show but glad I'm born in a time where he was around. Brings me to tears honestly. Up there with the best of them Sam Cooke, Otis, Elvis he's right up there!!

It's amazing how songs can transport us to another place and time. They bring back memories. A day when you heard a song years ago and all of a sudden you can see that blue sky you saw that day, you see that beautiful woman again as she was 40 years ago, you smell those leaves burning in the backyard... music is amazing and the best singers bring those memories back.
