(Dad was WWII Europe, 150th Infantry 1942-45). Years later, I served on that same Drill Floor in the 321st Ordnance Battalion, DS/GS. Thanks to you and your comrades, I am now 63 and still have never been in a combat zone. Thank you and welcome home.

I'm so grateful my baby of my two daughters graduated high school this year, as i would be doing the same thing. Even the past 2 years i was skeptical of new teachers and what the board might be doing with the curriculum. She had good teachers, a few then remaining now retired were my teachers. I wish you and any home schooling parents the very best, doing what's right for your kids education will be tremendous for them as they grow into young adults.

We have been homeschooling for years (since the "event") now. We work year around with our kids. My oldest, 11yrs, can already code proficiently in JavaScript, LUA, and Python (we are now moving on to compiled languages [C, Java]) - he wants to obtain a degree in computer sciences/software engineering (as I did). They are leaps and bounds ahead of their public school peers in academic performance. It is absolutely terrifying, and wholly disheartening, how far behind and indoctrinated their public school friends are now. If you truly love your children, you would make every sacrifice necessary to ensure their protection and best and pull them from the "public school system" (e.g., indoctrination system) now - before you lose them. It is not easy, and I know not everyone may have the ability and means, but I promise you it is well worth every challenge and sacrifice we meet along this path to ensure our children are God fearing, well educated, patriotic Americans.

I did the same for my daughter. I wish I would've woken up sooner with my son but, no regrets as I'm learning to trust the process throughout my journey. We ended up in Missouri a year after pulling my daughter out of the system, and I will forever be grateful for this move as I got to choose what I taught her without still having follow a state curriculum. Homeschooling isn't easy, but the best things never are so hang in there on the rough days!

I just read through the same comments you mentioned. It's crazy how our Vets have broken bodies and many with broken minds. They fought for the country and ALL Americans yet were left out to dry. No mission, the brotherhood left behind, a bland life where it's hard for them to move forward. Thank God for those that do care. Respect for all of the businesses and non profits who get charity money to the Vets through training/schooling/house remodels for the disabled, excursions and retreats, etc!

It's beyond comprehension to me how anyone who has been afford the freedoms that our service members have secured with thier blood. Can not be but thankful and grateful for the gift they have given us. They don't fight for our country, they fight for a belief that is far more powerful then any one country. And that there is what makes them heros. Our Vets need to be supported first and foremost over all other. Only people respect is giving without question all others need to earn it. Yes! We play Tom’s songs with our kids and talk about it. Kids are finding out this stuff at school and social media so we need to show them the truth and that there are good people to look up to still. They love Tom MacDonald, Tyson James (and we’re not even Christian), Samson, and their music is having a positive effect on them. They love our country and aren’t afraid to stand up for what’s right.

USMC vet here, outside of the Revolutionary War, the Civil War, WWII, and to an extent the Korean war, there hasn't been a veteran who has actually fought for the freedoms of our country. Veterans have been manipulated and exploited, their sacrifices made in vain for bullshit reasons. Virtually every conflict we've been involved in outside of those has been for petty reasons that don't concern us. Like Vietnam, Desert Storm, Somalia, etc., all wars fought against countries that posed absolutely zero threat to us or our interests. Lives were lost and the people in charge didn't give a fuck. Meanwhile the military-industrial complex made billions off of these bullshit campaigns. You shouldn't thank them for these sacrifices, you should be angry that those sacrifices were made and American lives were just casually thrown aside.
