I am a retired Corrections Officer and I have dealt with many people with Mental Health issues. This is a great rendition of what it's like to go through withdrawals. The video enhances the experience and draws the observer right into it. It allows us to share your pain. It takes an artist to make another feel with your art. Much credit most go to you, and your PIC Nova. This is right up there with Pink Floyd's "The Wall". Damn it good to see high intelligence come pack to music. I love the follow ups "Let Me Go" and finally "Stronger Version". I have a couple of recommendations for you: Frank Zappa - "I am the Slime" and Harry Chapin - "There Only Was One Choice". I will never know what it's like to be you, Tom, but thank you for sharing your struggles. I don't know if I have a mental illness, but what I can tell you is I relate with this song. I've had internal struggles with self esteem and self critical thoughts ever since I was a kid. I still have thoughts like worrying about whether or not I'm enough as person and having similar arguments in my head as I try to think positively about life, while my inner critic tries to find something else wrong with me. Stay strong Tom! 💪 Also, for anyone else who reads this!

Spent the last three days watching your vid's and reactions in my off time. One girl posted in the comments about this song and I checked it out...... Damn, you hit the nail on the head about addiction. Thank you Tom for making this. I now have a Fight Song I can get behind and I hope others will also.

Commented on this earlier but since then I've started therapy and learned about the damage from childhood I had and didn't realize how it created the "voices" he's portraying in this song. Anybody that's had any trauma in their past or present I encourage and pray you start your journey of healing today you won't regret it.

I'm a older women who accidentally found this rapper. Rappers normally aren't my kind of music, but he is amazing. His messages are to the core of many of Americans. He speaks whats the truth for many.

I'm a 54 yr old wife and mother. Probably not the demographic he intended to reach, but this man's words are absolutely amazing. With a long history in Al-Anon and around the rooms of recovery, this song actually gave me chills. I've watched several of his videos and all have spoken to me. This one really felt personal. He is one I will absolutely encourage my teenage son to hear!
