What's bloody sucks is , his mobile would have had to been most likely checked durring that time or a Lil after, he has had plenty of time to get a new mobile change accounts and flush things out, also since this is civil it would take lot more for a judge to sign off on a search warrant which would mean Tom would legally have to turn over his mobile. Unless they can do something via the cloud (which I reckon they can). Idk how the forensics would work? I could be completely wrong though. Such a scum bag thing to do on his end, I can see him thinking he's above the law above society and better than anyone else to where he thinks he can get away with this.

I concur with you 100% I feel bad for ariana, it's almost humiliating to think you associate and surround yourself with these type of people it made her ignorant as well as unaware , maybe that says somthing about her though? Ariana Madix admitted that she did send the video of Rachel to her own personal phone and then she sent it to Rachel !! Tom is guilty for recording Rachel without her consent and Ariana Madix was guilty the minute she hit the send button on Tom's phone of distributing*ornographic images !! They're both guilty but Ariana is in a lot more legal trouble. THAT'S THE LAW !!
