Tony Anderson - One Perfect Sunset (Extended)

6 місяців томуOne Perfect Sunset is the first single from my forthcoming album. This is the full extended version which includes both songs on the single combined into one.
Earlier this summer I captured field recordings of nature, wildlife and birds from the place I was raised in rural Nebraska and then wove them throughout the music. The recordings were taken all over eastern Nebraska while I was watching and photographing some of the most gorgeous midwest sunsets I've ever seen.
The album, Niobrara, is an homage to my upbringing in Nebraska in the 1990s and will be fully released in the Fall of 2024. Until then, sit back, relax and enjoy monthly releases from me. It's going to be a fun and beautiful ride. I cannot wait for you to hear what I've been writing the last few years.

So here it goes I write music that fills my mind with elation and escape, I thought reverb tails more than 20 seconds were for me alone how selfish......then I found your music and could not believe how kindred our styles are how totally entwined our melodies are dont stop Tony its inspiring to hear how I sound the other side of the pond with a proper studio. ❤

@@TonyAndersonMusic It is an aspiration constrained by budget and my "collection" is mostly all virtual. I have some demos of vst recreations and I have understood the value of the the basic sound shaping tools. I have explored the ability to do recreations of patches from the U-he Repro-5 with Vital and by ignoring its wave-table stuff and focusing on the traditional oscillators I get there. There is a little bit more "bite" in the Repro but with the inbuilt eq and the "rougher" filter emulations it is hard to spot the difference.

Your music is unique and is more "serene" then what usually passes for ambient and I am inspired but have not mastered using reverb as tone and I have realized that slowing the pulse gets me closer to the effect your music have. One thing that made progress was to put the my attempt at the style back into the DAW loading the previously finished track into the sampler and playing it back on a lower note. The less "busy" tones makes for a more relaxed listening experience and I am attending the "school" of Tony Anderson and it is great fun. The "homestudio dad" music publishing channel is inspired by your video speech, the bit about just releasing music, and I am practicing working faster. I will put my attempt at "serene ambience" on band camp soon and you can hear what you inspired. The melodic motions you make are out of my league but something happens when you try the path someone else has furrowed. I'll ping you there, I can talk music production till the "cows come home" Ohh I just realised you have a public email, I definitely would like the occasional chat about the adventures that is Tony Anderson. Your release will do well it deserve to.

So good to hear from you. I’ve never felt a difference between 432, 440 or 512. So therefore I’ve never needed to change my music. I think the frequency debate is nonsense!
