True story when I was 18 I was living at a recovery home in Illinois and they sometimes let me play music videos in the rec room, on the last day I was there I chose this song but they made me turn it off when the video showed people getting ran over by a snail, I argued and argued but they made me turn it off because of that. I remember the first time I heard Tool, Sober started playing on 98 Rock in Tampa, I was maybe 15. In a time of AC/DC, Metallica, Nirvana, being the top echelon of rock music but within 15 seconds of sober playing I knew I was hearing what would be one of my favorite bands in life. Tool has never disappointed, first time I heard this song was another enlightening moment. Life disappears too fast, I sometimes wish I would have realized this, and just embraced the suck in a manner to enjoy it rather than allow the hard times to crush my spirit.
