Emerson is more like some immortal highlander, because he does not age much. He looked like being in his 50s when he was 25 and he looks like 50 when he is 70.

margues kiis True. When he had his career ending crash in Indycars (CART) in 1996 he had a doctor do an extensive check on him. According to this doctor Fittipaldi had a physique comparable to a 25 year old and Fittipaldi was 49 at this time. Pity he wasted so many seasons trying to make the Copersucar team competitive. Had he returned to McLaren he probably would have been champion once or twice more. Considering John Watson was his age (half a year older) and was 5 points from the 1982 title. Emmo is a legend. Senna idolized him.

I hope someone does a serious video documentary about this Company, and the years of awesome design and innovation. This was a very entertaining video. However it does not do justice to all the people and hard work, the wins, the losses, the joys and the pain that fifty years in the most stressed out sport on the planet will entail. When someone says "McLaren" unless you lived under a rock for the last 50 years, you know they're talking about a serious racing machine, and some legendary engineering (MP4/1). Thanks to all the Men, and Women of McLaren, and here's to ANOTHER 50 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!

This may be true Emerson Fittipaldi was the 1969 British Formula 3 champion, 1972 and 1974 Formula 1 Champion, 1989 and 1993 Indy 500 winner, and the 1989 CART/Champ Car champion.
