@@zakenthepirateking That kind of instrument (strings laid out on a horizontal board, played from above) is generally called a zither in English. The type he's playing is a guzheng which comes from China; it is comparable in many ways to the Korean gayageum and the Japanese koto.

that is driftveil city's theme, its from pokemon black/white and their sequels, and seeing that it's pokemon that owns it- itd be unlikely to see it in another film that isnt pokemon related.
