Freddie Couples had the most amazing swing I've ever seen. He can stand there and "swish" the ball with a 4 or 5 iron and hit it farther than I hit my driver. If he could get healed up, I might start watching the senior tour again.

Was there anything more effortless and beautifull than Couples swing. Always looked like a morning stretch and a golfball just happened to get in the way. And he was plenty long. Just goddamn gorgeous.

Played this course as a kid, in PGA Tour Golf II for Sega :-)). Always looked forward to the Island Green. One of the few video games my dad actually played too.

If can't get to Arizona, but your lucky enough to live near a golf course that has replica holes, maybe you can still play the hole. Renditions in Davidson MD and Bella Vista in Fogleysville PA both have this hole. Played it many times, but no hole in ones yet

Give some respect to Craig Perks too he went eagle-birdie (putt in this video)-par on 16-17-18 in the final round to win the players by 2 strokes for his only PGA tour win ever, incredibly clutch.

Tiger's put was good but a hole in one is much better that leaving your first shot so far away and having to make a great put. The order of these is all wrong. There were 4 holes in one rated lower than Tiger's two. Crazy!

Plus tiger won the tournament. That has a lot to do with ranking the shot. I'm not gonna look and see who else won from the list,but I know couple's didn't in 1999. That was Duval and his final round birdie didn't make the list. So hmm??

1999 players champion David Duval final round.he sticks it within 7 feet to set up a birdie giving him a 2 stroke advantage going into the final hole. Where he sealed the deal. On a weekend where there were more guys over par then under it. Guess he makes the list if it's a top 11 shots of all time. Ha
