If you watch other "Got Talent" shows from other countries they do the same thing there.... The writers and directors of the show decided to make it this way... ask them why xD The judges just play the roles... every judge has a specific role that they have to play out... like their character has to be funnier or more strict and judging or more forgiving and lovable... depending on their role.... It's all scripted, haha xD
