Somebody once said that rock isn't dead, but it will take a real succesful band to bring back the rock scene. I hope this is it. I hope Mandeskin and Blind Channel will revive rock music for everybody, because my ears are bleeding from all those pop songs that top the charts nowadays!

I think it's a mix of that but also people watching from their own country or neighboring countries. For example, a lot of the Cyprus views might come from Cyprus, Greece, or diaspora (like myself), and a lot of Azerbaijan's views might come from Azerbaijan, Turkey, and the diaspora of Turks

@Robin Bergam not really, we might be small but its very common for balkan singers to have millions of views in just few days(like hurricane are pretty popular and they have much more viws on other songs), Azerbaijan, Cyprus and Serbias views are 90% balkan countries, those three were almost everyone’s favorites here

As an Azerbaijani, i think there were a lot of good songs and Efendi had no chance to enter top 10 if there were not the votes of turks in europe if it entered in real. I think everything is fair.

@@janapawaii475 I am from Azerbaijan and i can tell that Turkey is much more middle easteren than Azerbaijan culture wise. Azerbaijan and Turkey is from the same brunch of turkic family but due to location, there is some differences. Azerbaijan is located in Caucasus not middle east. Azerbaijani song and national attributes is so close with Dagestani, And other caucases countries (with some differences in themselfes as well but like in the same package). On the other hand turkey is basic,ay in middle east and their rural areas and cultures and even their modenren pop music is arabic but azerbaijani is defferwnt. Hope this helps

I guess that was a good thing about the pandemic, there was a lot more space to make the stage bigger and being able to make it do more like pyro because there was only a small crowd allowed (smaller than usual)

I won't easily forget the moment when Italy received those 318 points, nor will I easily forget the entire 2021-edition. So many really strong contenders ... I can only hope the 2022-edition can somehow equal this year's. Italy, France and Ukraine were my favorites this year, followed by Switzerland, nice to see them all appearing here.
