I think it will be a long time before we again see a tennis player with such a rare combination of anticipation, awareness of opponents movement, footwork and ability to improvise beyond what most players can imagine. Add to that that he appears to be a genuinely nice guy and you have a really rare diamond.

Djokovid won only 2 master titles (best 3 sets) before 2008 after he turned pro in 2003. Just comparing the # of master titles is not a good metric b/w Federer and Djokovic. Federer with total 103 single tiles is the GOAT always no matter what people bring stats.
