The hardest lick IMO was Roundabout, and Beato had to splice takes in the video to make the transition sound right, which is the trickiest part of the thing, and the part I have yet to get right myself - lol. Rick, I’m at best a novice guitarist having picked up my first guitar at 46. I always wanted to, just never had the time (or money!). Finally, I had enough of both and dove in. I tell ya, I just love picking it up and trying to figure out new things. Where you fit in is as one of my inspirations to do so. You see, I watch a lot of UKposts. I hate commercials, and prefer to get down to it. There’s something about your demeanor and passion about music that exists in me (just not as much talent and experience). But, again, I heard your overall message, β€˜Music is awesome’ it’s okay to β€˜love it!’ I just felt like I should tell you your content is always as much refreshing as it is inspiring. I’m not asking you post everyday, just when ya’ feel it, brother!! With age, we both know, quantity just dilutes the important stuff. My man! Sincerely, Troy Wills, MA, BSN (I went to nursing school late in life too, guitar was implemented to make sure every day kept some fun in the β€˜10 min here, 15 min there’ I had to spare between classes!!)
