There’s been a handful of female actresses that came thru SNL, very funny women and SUPERVTALENTEDXFR, starting with Gilda Ragner, Jane Curtain, Lorraine Newman, Molly Shannon, Maya Rudolph, Kristin Wig, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler, Vanessa Bayer, Cecily Strong and Aidy Bryant. These are all amazing women in their own sense of style. I’m so glad I grew up in the 70’s, I was able to watch all these talented women excel further in their careers. Yeah that Kenan is something else! 18 years with SNL and counting. He's the most well rounded SNL cast member I've even seen. He can act, sing, and be funny. I do remember his early SNL days not being his best as he slowly worked his way from just being the funny fat black guy. It took him a while to find his breakout moment.

While I think KMcK is one of the best comedians I've ever seen, anywhere, and has had me rolling on the floor a number of times, I have seen a few sketches that weren't really all that funny. No-one can be pull off an A-plus performance every single time. Not even the astonishing Peter Sellers, or the mind-boggling Sarah Silverman.

Kristen Whig went into the movies and I would be bereft were Ms. McKinnon to do the same, for we proles would not get to have her crawl into our heads as often as she does appearing on SNL. Kate is SNLs essence. She carries the show, as well as Kenan (always funny, watched him on All That growing up, love his humor.) The fact that one person can look like and embody Rudy, Hilary, The Devil, and actually do resemble them and their mannerisms is just a testament to how incredibly diverse she is. Kate as The Long Island Medium, the mannerisms and even down to her fingers twirling trying to explain something….spot on. It’s those little details that make her so amazing and truly one of a kind. She was born to make people laugh. 💜🤍

I have been lucky enough to watch Saturday Night Live since 1977 With my mama when I was 7. I thought I was the coolest kid around my friends parents didn't let them watch it or even stay up past 9pm. My mom was the best! Kate and Kristen Wiig are the funniest SNL has ever had. Loved Leslie Jones and Dratch, Curtin. A few others. I love them all, but yeah. These are my faves. I think Chloe Finnegan is on her way to be the next fave.

One of the greatest Kate McKinnon moments was when she performed “Hallelujah” solo on piano performing as Hilary Clinton - when she said “I’m not giving up and neither should you. “ Simply poignant and truly beautiful.

I have to tape SNL because the sketches are hilarious…especially when I see Kate. I just know I will be rewinding several times because I am laughing so hard…she is this generation’s Lucille Ball 🤣🤣

At the risk of being somewhat sacrilegious, Kate is the "Robin Williams" of female comedians.The Best of the Best !!! If/when she decides to do some serious roles/work on the main screen, then perhaps she will be heralded as his equal. We shall see......we hope.

She went to the same high school as I did, my friend babysat her and her siblings and she lived down the street from us. Great little town to live in.
