Belgium often sends really young singers.

I can believe that Stephania, Eliot, Jamie Lee, Isaiah, Frans, Kristian, Zena and Eva look their age, but I thought the others were about 25-30 years old

Most of these look way older than 18 that’s INSANE, I thought they were like 25 💀

The girl from Azerbaijan in 2010 was only 17 when she performed? Wow, I always thought she was like 27/8.

The wreidest thing is that some of this participants looked like children (for examle Stefania or Zena), some looked their age (Frans), when some looks older than their age (Nadav).

Those guys represented their counties when they were approximately 17-18 and me at my 23 I can't even boil an egg.

for half of the performers on this list I would think they are in late twenties.... Promotion based on their age would have benefited them just if they looked it

Natalie Kelly was the biggest shock for me. Also, the first Eurovision contestants who were younger than me are Isaiah & Kristian Kostov. And the closest to my age is Bilal Hassani, who was born 2 days later. And here is a fun fact: Kristian Kostov was the first contestant of the new millennium, and Olta Boka was the first to be born in the 90s.

I was really surprised by Belgium 2013, Austria 2013, Azerbaijan 2010 and Iceland 2009 (but kinda less than the others). And it's just unbelievable to me that Slovenia 2012 and Cyprus 2009 are so high too, I love them both so much.

Lena almost made the list since she she just turned 19 when she won. So that means she's the only winner this decade that won that's not 20 or above

I'm from Belgium but I had no idea that 4 of our Eurovision participants the last years were under 19. Ok, Sandra Kim, the only Belgian who had won the contest was the youngest winner ever (13 years old), but I thought we sended the last years always singers from 20-30 (exept in 2021)

Wanna see the real record age? Check out Denmark 1985! And the record winner is Belgium 1986. Both Israel and France 1989 are some other honourable mentions. It's because of that year the age limit of 16 was decided.

Nadav The lyrics of his song tells the truth. He is literally a golden boy. Some of teenagers sing a song that is not suitable for their age.

I think you've missed some participants, e.g. in 2010 also Malta and the Netherlands were represented by very young participants, Thea Garret and Sieneke were only 18 during the contest (both born in 1992)
