SCP-953 is pretty but the difference between a Kitsune and Kumiho is not only is she specifically Korean but her nature is similar to some Korean Legends the Kumiho is a vengeful being that will attack and devour human men where the Kitsune are technically fox spirits that are neutral both super natural creatures can change their appearance and both can have nine tail for kitsune the more tails one has the stronger it is and the kitsune are not really feared rather respected in a way
