It's more of a slide show than a fight. Lots of teleporting, lots of still characters or close ups of parts to minimize animation needed, fade to black and draw sword slashes, etc. It's an effective scene but compare that to the fluid constant and high tier Ninja Kamui animation. Sorry but Solo Leveling doesn't belong in this list. It's only here because its a popular show. The fight animation, on average, is below alot of other shows. Though credit given where credit is due: Since this video was posted another SL episode dropped and the last episode's Cerberus fight was pretty good. That one could hang on this list, prolly in the middle. But the fight chosen? Not a chance. Good vibes, bad animation with alot of corner cutting.

its ur opinion but the animation in that solo leveling fight was actually flawless. it was so smooth. i was most impressed with the first person pov of the mage guy and how smooth the movement and the quality was when sung jin dashed infront of him.@@Ralathar44 not to mention the music from the legend hiroyuki sawano aswell.

Nothing's ever topping SAO as a better SAO, especially in terms of influence, its a story made from way back. People just started hating on it for the sake of hating it and sure you can say it got worse after act 1 of S1 but that is beside the point, the fact that so many know the series is already an evidence. Sometimes denial is easier than acceptance after all.

Shangri la frontier makes me sleepy watching it pain in the ass finishing each episode of it, if you are watching animes for many years seeing series with too many plot armor makes you sleepy.

Absolutely! This was my first ever Chinese anime and one of the first anime ever when i started watching in 2021. S4 is definitly my favorite season so far.

I feel like the animation itself doesn't keep up tho. The art being incredible is what carried the manwha, so I would've expected the animation to carry the anime. It's not bad at all by any means, don't get me wrong. The sakuga is certainly there but it's in such small sperts in between noticeably long still images.

​@@CheekiTikithey made a few changes in few things , included a new well known animator and the VAs, both dub and sub, said that the next eps are going to be bangers, so you may stick around a bit more. Having said that, the preview for next ep tho doesn't look that promising, like they didn't even fix the "sharp chin" thing that has more or less became a meme for haters 😂 and ngl, once you notice, it does look a bit off. So I'd say it's your call. Anyways, there's some intense moments In the next arc so maybe the next ep will be good actually, if you can avoid a bit underwhelming adaptation. But hey, given that the studio is A-1, they really outdone themselves ❤.
