Great video as usual guys. As for recommendations how about some content on the defense side of the game. Such as hyperjacking prevention, detection and reclamation. Or kernel hardening and firewall best practices. Threat detection and system scanning for compromise I'm sure would keep folks glued to the screen.

It's always a pleasure to hear OTW's opinion of the industry along with yours, David. A little over a year ago I was lucky to be able to turn on a computer. Now I can say I understand more than the average user. There is still a long long way to go for me to get where I want to be! Please keep producing amazing information and references!! I believe it was OTW that recommended the Nicole Perlroth book, "This is How They Tell Me the World Ends" which I've finished and I must say it was a true eye-opener, for sure! So many links in there to PDF reports, YT videos and what have you, wish I could get hold of the PDF version to copy and paste those links! Thanks to David and OTW for this awesome insight and keep up the good work ;-)

Hello David, I just love it. Thank you for introducing ppl like OTW. I like his style of speaking, presenting information and his level of expertise. He became my favourite hacker to follow (after you ofc :) :)). I have some ideas for future video. What are recommended books, for certification path mentioned in previous video. I see the problem with the cisco certifications and "official" cisco books for certifications that there are exam questions which are not covered in book. Is it only cisco specific "issue" or other vendors like compTIA or INE have similar "issues" that "official" book is not enough to learn for certification exam? Thank you

I am legally bling and am trying to adsorb as much as I can but this can be a very visual profession, pen testing, ethical hacking and hacking in general. I know this is niche but it is hard to find others that are blind or visually impoaired in these field.

Creepy… I was just searching books of such topics this week. You cyber security professionals always make a new video with the answers to my immediate curiosity within 24 hours. Every. Single. Time. For months now lol. 🎉no complaints here Shoutout to your video editor. The cuts are excellent and I’ve never been mindfully aware because of the seemless professionalism in your content, but thought I’d mention it, as it’s appreciated and can recognize the amount of work that goes into it. ✌️

@@real_rivolta Not for a longgg while. I know better 😝😎not outside of a VM, during testing, anyways. If Google knew me at all they would know I am never looking for cookie recipes when I search cookie questions 🤣🤣🤣

I've read many Hacking books, and OTW is very good. I recommend Mastering Kali Linux for Advanced Pen Testing, 4th Edition, by Vijay Kumar Velu. Also, Advanced Penetration Testing by Will Allsop. There is a considerable entertainment market for Hacking courses, videos, and books. Most are pure entertainment, and the hacks and payloads no longer work.

A good idea for a Podcast would be evaluating Pro-Level Hacking Gear, i.e.. Cobalt Strikes, Core Impact, etc. Tools like Veil, Empire, and others don't work in today's environment.
