Wow loved this set it really encompasses the complex nature of relationships!!1 Also the mix sounded awesome id personally consider critical comments as an indication of the impact you have as an artist & the complex nature in whjtch some view your music. I.e it was great.

I feel MK it's pertinent to remember that some listening don't have full ears, just ear holes & it could be these & other disabilities that cause people to 'lash out' in frustration or they could be hearing a whole different song??

So is TORRES the name of the band or the stage name of MacKenzie Scott? More and more of these solo artisits preferred being called as an act with an another name like Japanese Breakfast, Mazel etc..What's wrong with having a collective act with people working together? Call me old-fashioned...

I don't usually post anything other than positive comments on YT but I feel compelled to suggest (after only hearing the first song) that the band change the key of the song to accomodate the singer. She's clearly at the bottom of her range and it's making it impossible for her to project.

What a weird audience here in the comments. Mix sounds fine to me- it's the sound they presumably wanted so...? Band is no more good or bad than most of what I hear on here, my era was 60s through 90s so whatever :) I find everything derivative for some time now. And people who criticize the singer's clothes? Please.

I think this is the only time in existence that I was let down but seeing Cheryl Waters host. usually when she hosts, the band is phenomenal. Technically I wasn't let down by Cheryl, I was sad the band didn't do her justice. I mean..they arent terrible but it sounds like any indie band playing at a local scene. But hey.....they got on KEXP , more than what I have done.
