Well Jason I must say.....an all white house is boring and high maintenance. There is no color or carisma to liven it up. All white makes everything look the same and its like youre just walking through a cloud. Just my opinion. Great job on your channel!

For $30mil I'd expect more than 5 bedrooms on top of that there's definitely better for 30mil this is worth $3mil-5mil at best ocean view is all you're selling.

Another great tour as always and this is a very impressive property for sure (and you fit very well in it 🙂) Obviously it's not lived in and it feels a bit sterile for now, all nice and tidy but once it's in use, with a little splash of colour here and there it'll be fine (it's my personal opinion). Of course, the price is extortionate but c'est la vie
