nice my best attack was almost trippling a th15(half maxed) as a th13(non maxed) in legends. I had non maxed heroes and only level 13 rc. I think I could of 3 starred if I had used my rc differently and got a 88%. I was also 3 starring max th14 as a non-maxed th13. I was constantly doing high 70 percents in legend league against maxed th15s.

He had merged defenses bro. Basically a th16 for that reason. Levels weren't up but the merged cannon and archer tower were up, making it a fully fledged 16, and he never claimed it was maxed in the title/thumbnail
