After watching your vlog,I've got my session in the pool for 30 mins, then tomorrow I've got an hour run. Then Sunday 1 hrs bike dolled by 20 mins run at race pace. You girls are keeping me inspired to keep on keeping on. Best of luck for the world relays.

Congrats to you both on making Team 2 of 4 :) British W400m is the deepest it's ever been that with World Relays, Euro Champs & Olympics all coming up, there's a very good chance that both W4x4 & Mixed 4x4 NRs get broken this yr 🤞Everyone stays healthy, such a shame to hear about Yulimar Rojas & Jaz Sawyers' Achilles injuries that's ruled them out of the season :(

You two had a couple of really windy days you had to train in. When it's windy like that, do you run with or against the wind, and do you adjust your target times to account for it?

Completely understand about not revealing all details of your sessions. You are really very generous with what you do show. Really interesting for an old middle distance athlete like myself. Rather envious of you in Florida! Weather has been awful for April, very wet, often cold and very windy. Can't be good for sprints and hurdles training! Casting my mind back, I don't recall as many Aprils where it has been so consistently awful. Good luck in the relays, hope they get some coverage back home.
