No. When charges are brought in the United States, those charges are pursued through the legal system. After the Supreme Court rules, it is possible that any form of prosecution of a president (e.g., for killing all challengers in an election) could be deemed frivolous, however.

It is currently not prosecuted because it falls under presidential immunity (as it should, otherwise all presidents would literally be limp presidents with their hands tied behind their backs).
