I found this to be the opposite. She left out most of the defense side of things in every case. The "falsification of business records" was done to "hide a federal crime", but the federal crime never happened. Mr. Trump is under no obligation to take the stand to "clear his name". The burden is with the State of New York to make their case and allow the jury to decide how they will judge the evidence, testimony and subsequent defense. That is how our laws work. I think Mr. Trump's attorneys will wisely counsel their client that there is no need to take the stand, and he is a fool if he does not seriously take and accept that advice.
