DR has already been through that, it's not hard to see why. Over time, drivers needed to adapt from the pressure. We've even seen outbursts from drivers past and present, even Verstappen himself before becoming champion.
You discuss it in the post race review. Lock up and run the rusk of doing major damage to you and your teammates cars….he’s not very intelligent.

They told Yuki to move when He was Literally 0.4 seconds off of magnussen. The way he drove he still couldve gotten him. Not even ricciardo pulled out beyond 0.8 seconds from Yuki. Such Clown strategy. They shouldve focused their entire strategy on Yuki this weekend and wouldve gotten a point. Instead they botched his strategy for Daniel . It might not have been what they wanted it to look like but the whole thing made it seem like they're trying their best to let danny win over yuki cause thats the only way he gets that red bull seat

You could have a solid point there, but the test is a bit faulty. They never know if it was for a position to get points that he would be fine with letting him overtake. When they're doing it with nothing to gain, it's going to frustrate him even more causing him to react differently

@chibouki2 місяці тому
Because the race ended? Ricardo was getting pretty close on the last two laps. Don't forget that the whole motivation to swap was that Ricc was on softer compounds and thus potentially faster than Tsunoda. They agreed on that scenario before the race.

F1 Is not fair or unfair, is about strategy. Car 3 was on soft tyres, and car 22 on hards, the team swapped the positions to try to overtake car 20 with the fastes compound, and didn't work. Facts: 1. If DR could get past KMag then it still counts for the constructors points. 2. Neither driver was in the points. 3. DR was on softs and had gained on Yuki. The team clearly felt he was faster. 4. Yuki had already time to get past KMag but looked unable. 5. The entire scenario was made clear to both drivers before the race. 6. DR was just following orders and said afterwords that he would have given the place back. So why is yuki taking it out on DR? 7. It didn't help that DR's soft tyres were degrading and Yuki was being a petulant child refusing to give up the position. Redbull are looking for a team mate for Verstappen, not a mid-tier driver who can't control his emotions. If he keeps this shit up it'll be Lawson in the seat before the end of the season.
@gestapo812 місяці тому
So, Yuki gets the better quali place and had better pace than Dani the whole race. In fact, he had better pace than Stroll and looked like he had one point in the bag, but shit strategy get's him out 10 seconds behind Stroll...on top of that, here comes Ricciardo on better tires complaining on the radio how much faster he is than Yuki, while Yuki is engaged in a fight. He lets Dani past, Dani does shit-all, but he does not give the place back to Yuki. Next to shit strategy from the team, his teamate shows bad sportmanship - offcourse the guy is upset.
@Duval-In-The-Wall2 місяці тому
Ricciardo was on slower tyres at the start, and faster tyres at the end, Yuki already KNEW this
@Locormus22 місяці тому
I hadn't seen this yet, but listening to Ricciardo's onboards you can actually hear his engineer tell him they're doing the swap on lap 50. Then he says they'll get Magnussen and then Zhou for P10(!!!). But Zhou was in P11(!!!) at the time. This makes me think that the swap was done based on judgment error by his engineer that Ricciardo could potentially catch Zhou (9 seconds up on used Hards, while Ricc was on Softs) for a point without the need for Top10 DNF.

Tsunoda should learn by watching Ferrari's Carlos Sainz Jr. Even though Sainz was faster than Leclerc and had a proven track record, he was used as a sacrifice to improve Leclerc and was eventually released from the team. The running back team will likely assume that Tsunoda is slow and plan to switch to Lawson during the season. At the 2023 Suzuka Grand Prix, RB team principal Franz Tost honestly stated that before he retired, he protested against the strategy of the team's strategists. This shows that even the team representative was unable to modify the strategy of sacrificing Tsunoda. Tsunoda's misfortune dates back to when Mateschitz was the manager of Red Bull GmBH, so it must be the intention of Red Bull GmBH's founding family or a big sponsor. Tsunoda is being sacrificed as Red Bull's revenge for Honda's move to Aston Martin. I liked Ricardo, but it's clear he doesn't have the speed anymore. If Ricardo has speed, Tsunoda, who is consistently faster than Ricardo, is proof that he is a top driver. Tsunoda will likely be used as a consistent sacrifice this year to keep Ricardo from looking slow. The talented Tsunoda should find another team ASAP. Otherwise, he will lose his seat this summer as well. My impression was manipulated like last summer. [Q1] Why did the RB team change the tires so late for the first time? Even though the team knows they will be undercut by other drivers. [Q2] Why did the RB team change the second tire so late even though it was a hard tire? On the next lap, Ricardo changed to soft tires. [Q3] Why did the RB team swap drivers to Ricardo when Tsunoda was trying to pass Magnussen? Is it because Ricardo on soft tires is more likely to pass Magnussen than Tsunoda on hard tires? Then why didn't they SWAP the slow Lawson at the 2023 SuzukaGP? [A] The answer is simple. The RB team for the past three years has consistently only thought about using Tsunoda as a sacrifice.
