I've seen a UFO once. What struck me wasn't the object itself, but that I was immediately terrified by an ordinary sky and then focused in on the object. It was round, went around in a pattern, then zipped off at impossible speed. I only noticed it because of a feeling of overwhelming dread associated with it. I was scanning my eyes across a busy sky, full of planes, a helicopter, insects and birds flying at all levels. Among that I never would have spotted a small round light at the top of the cloud level, except I had an immediate visceral reaction to it. My whole life I was terrified by haunting thoughts of alien life. When I was around 8 years old, a year or so after this incident, I came across a book in the school library talking about UFO encounters, and somewhere in the back, in a footnote, was a single quote from a man saying, "Everyone is talking about aliens from outer space, but these are demons and one day everyone will know the truth." That haunting fear of alien encounters didn't leave until I was suddenly made Christian just 3 years ago.

I can confirm personally that they're here. About a year ago, a triangle formation of 9 went directly over my house. Silent, semi transparent, and incredibly bizarre. I knew they saw me, and I didn't sleep a minute that night. I was spooked. The military was out the next day, helicopters, f18's etc. The UFOs returned for the next 2 nights and performed what I could only understand as a random and playful display of abilities. Since that night, these orbs have been following me around, and flashing light at me, like a camera bulb. As well, orbs began showing up inside of my house on the security cam, and things began flinging off the selves (all on camera). I realize now that UFO and Poltergeist/ghost activity are likely one in the same. What started as something playful, started to feel ominous after a while, and that's when I began to fear. It's been about 6 months since I've seen any form of them.

Regarding the serpent in Genesis 1. It sounds like eisegesis to read a triple entendre into it. The serpent is given credit as being the most crafty and the serpent alone is cursed for lying. So the idea that it's speaking on behalf of some spiritual being doesn't seem plausible. Additionally, just because the text doesn't say Adam and Eve "freaked out" doesn't necessarily mean that they didn't. Or, even if they didn't, it's completely plausible since they were the first of their kind on earth and didn't have any reference point as to what was and wasn't normal.
